Renee Safier Harris
Renée Safier Harris, Principal/Founder. is an expert attorney in Marital and Family Law in Florida. Renée has represented clients in this complex area of the law in South Florida for the last 25 years and is passionate about helping clients move through a difficult process as seamlessly as possible, providing important legal guidance so that you can make the best decisions possible for your family under the circumstances. Renée diligently represents clients in all areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, division of property, alimony, child support, attorney’s fees and costs, post-judgment proceedings (modifications, contempt and enforcement), paternity, prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic violence matters. We provide our clients with personalized attention and creative solutions while zealously advocating for each client based on his or her specific situation and working to resolve their matters in the best way possible both in court, mediation and in the collaborative divorce process. Renée obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C.
